Description

Northern lights over Kennicott Glacier, photographed while on a road trip from Alaska to Pennsylvania. Moraine from the glacier stretches from the lake, past the Kennecott Mines (visible as a single circle of light on the right) to the toe of the Root Glacier. Regal Mountain glows in the center of the photo, while Donoho Peak sits in shadow to its left.
